An Oxford city break is possible from Derry Airport via Heathrow with the Airline bus service. Taking the first flight from Derry, you arrive into Terminal 2 around 8am. Heathrow Central Bus Station is located just outside the terminal and buses depart every 20 minutes between 9am and 10am. Even if you got the 10am bus you would be in Oxford by midday. Travel times, subject to traffic conditions, take 90 minutes. It is worth booking your return journey even if you want to keep things flexible.
